1. What we store
Profile data (name, email, phone), business details, customers, products, and invoices are primarily stored locally on your device for app functionality.
2. How data is used
Data is used to generate invoices, calculate totals/taxes, and show dashboard information inside the app.
3. Sharing
When you share invoices, data is sent to the app/service you choose (for example WhatsApp or email). We do not sell your data for advertising.
4. Anonymous usage metrics
The app may send anonymous usage metrics to improve reliability and monitor usage. These can include app open events, invoice count events, app version, platform, and anonymous install identifier.
These metrics do not include customer names, invoice line items, invoice PDFs, addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers.
5. Optional cloud services
If optional cloud features are enabled in the future, related data will be handled by connected providers under their own policies.
6. Data deletion
You can delete businesses, customers, products, and invoices in the app. Uninstalling the app removes local data from the device.
